From $795 per year
One visit a year, booked in the fall before the rain.
From $1,695 per year
Two visits a year, spring & fall.
Prices are for a typical house or townhouse up to two storeys. Larger homes, steep roofs & difficult access are quoted after a visit. Materials & larger repairs are extra.
Strata or commercial property? Plans are built around the building: seasonal inspections, photo reporting, repairs, grounds care & emergency priority. Ask for a custom plan.
How it works
We note recurring tasks, seasonal concerns & known repairs, then match a plan to the property.
Each visit ends with photos & a short list of what to monitor, maintain or repair.
Questions
Plans cover the listed visits & service allowances. Larger repairs, materials & project work are quoted separately.
Yes, subject to safe access, conditions & current capacity.
The visits & services listed for your plan, plus a photo report after each visit. Materials & any repair work beyond the plan allowance are quoted before we do them.
Yes. Visit frequency, reporting, seasonal tasks & emergency priority are set up around the property.
