Axis Care Essential provides an annual preventive maintenance visit with a roof visual inspection, gutter cleaning, one selected pressure-washing area, exterior caulking review, fence and deck inspection, photographs and priority scheduling.
Axis Care Complete adds spring and fall visits, twice-annual gutter cleaning, broader exterior washing, concrete review, minor allowances, preferred labour rates, priority emergency response and a property health report. Commercial plans are customized.

Maintenance plans cover the listed visit and service allowances. Larger repairs, materials, equipment and project work are reviewed separately.
