Roof conversion guide

A roof conversion should be planned when the existing roof system no longer matches the property’s needs, when materials are failing or when maintenance is becoming impractical. Conversions may involve cedar shake to asphalt shingle work, low-slope solutions, garage roofs, patio covers, rotten deck replacement, ventilation upgrades and engineered structural changes where required.
